Capt Suresh Sharma: Team Leader – Operations
He has served with the Indian Army for six years and decided to bid the army adieu for his passion for nature and wildlife. Has been associated in various capacities with wildlife film projects including two of National Geographic Society, USA. With talents & skills in numerous fields he is an expert in designing and fabrication of Natural History sets to simulate natural habitat indoors for shooting wildlife films under controlled conditions. He also designs cine support equipment for wildlife filming. His sole mission is `Nature Conservation Through Education’.

He is passionate about traveling and is Co-founder of this outfit. With his experience of the army and tourism operations of quality, he is the right choice to steer our company.

Dr Rajbir Kaur Sharma: Co-Team Leader – Operations
She is a qualified homeopath by profession. Now, teamed up with her husband (Capt Suresh) to accomplish their mission to educate people about snakes and snakebite, basically, to save `Ignorant people, Innocent snakes’. She looks after the fund-raising activities, administration and is very active field-member of the team, co-ordinates the programs of the Snake Cell and Wildhiss Ecotours.

Dr Indraneil Das: Herpetologist – Scientific Advisor Natural History & Herp Tour Leader
Indraneil Das received his doctorate from the University of Oxford, UK for his work on ecology. He has conducted fieldwork in many countries in south and south East Asia and is the Chairman of IUCN (International Union for the Conservation of Nature) South Asian Reptile and Amphibian Specialist Group. He has written several books and as well as numerous research papers on wildlife and has described several new species of snakes and lizards. He has taught at the Harvard University for one year. Currently, he is conducting scientific research and teaching at the Malaysian University.

Dipankar Ghose: Ornithologist  – Dipankar has been birding in the eastern Himalayas for the past 12 years since he has been doing his Post-graduation in Zoology from Darjeeling Govt. College. He had worked on a M.Sc. dissertation project on insectivorous birds in West Bengal with special reference to north Bengal. He has also co-authored a book on the birds preserved in the erstwhile Bengal Natural History Museum. This book was not a mere catalogue of birds in the Musuem, but had illustrations, distribution records of the birds collected during the colonial period. Dipankar is a bird illustrator too and has commissioned illustrations for a book ‘Birds and trees of Tolly’, the Tollygunje Club in Kolkata. He has also commissioned bird illustrations for an ecotourism venture in Kolkata the ‘Pugmarks Nature Resorts’. Professionally he is now working with the WWF-India as a Programme Coordinator in their office in Sikkim. He is looking after projects on landscape conservation, species conservation and habitat protection. He has also expertise in wildlife enforcement and has worked with the Wildlife Trust of India on a two-years assignment in New Delhi to curb wildlife trade in the country, specially in the Indo-Nepal border.
