Terms and Conditions
Payment Schedule: At the time of confirmation of your tour, a deposit of $500 per person has to be submitted. Final payment has to be made in full 90 days in advance.
Cancellations: All cancellations should be made in writing to Wildhiss Ecotours India. There is no refund should you leave the tour early for any reason. Under any circumstances i.e. poor health, unforeseen circumstances, if you have to cancel your tour, have no worries about losing money. We don’t forfeit your money; you could have another tour by paying extra (money which has already been invested by us while making arrangement for your tour) with the same money, if the cancellation is 30 days before departure.
Trip Information: On confirmation of your tour, a pre-departure information (travel tips on India, what to bring, suggested reading etc.) will be sent to you.
